Mo\u017ee ih se kuhati i pe\u0107i, a odli\u010dni su i za pomfrit. Karakterizira ih okus s da\u0161kom zemlje i lje\u0161njaka, a zbog svoje \u010dvrsto\u0107e odli\u010dni su za pr\u017eenje, pe\u010denje, salate i slo\u017eence. Krasi ih blag, zemljani okus, a istovremeno su i so\u010dni i \u010dvrsti, pa su kao takvi idealni za raznovrsne oblike pripreme, po\u010dev\u0161i od pe\u010denja, preko kuhanja, pa sve do salata.
