Tim oftalmologa s nabrojanih instituta je napravio i testirao \u201c nanokapljice\u201d koje \u0107e u kombinaciji s laserom (da, ipak \u0107e i laser imati prste u tome) &#8211; pobolj\u0161avaju i dalekovidnost i kratkovidnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010detak klini\u010dkih testiranja na ljudima po\u010det \u0107e ne\u0161to kasnije ove godine. \u201cPostupak sadr\u017eava 3 koraka\u201d, rekao je&nbsp;Zeev Zalevsky, profesor elektroin\u017eenjerstva i nanofotonike na sveu\u010dili\u0161tu Bar-Ilan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvi korak \u0107e biti aplikacija na pacijentovom pametnom telefonu koja \u0107e mjeriti refrakciju oka, odnosno lom svjetlosnih zraka u dioptrijskom ure\u0111aju oka \u0161to nam u stvari omogu\u0107uje stvaranje slike na ro\u017enici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potom \u0107e se stvarati laserski uzorak koji se projicira na povr\u0161inu ro\u017enice oka. Taj kirur\u0161ki zahvat \u0107e trajati manje od sekunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon svega toga pacijent kona\u010dno dobiva posebne kapljice s nano\u010desticama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nano\u010destice \u0107e u\u0107i u plitki, gornji sloj nastao ablacijom na povr\u0161ni ro\u017enice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapljice \u0107e mijenjati refrakcijski indeks, indeks loma svjetlosti \u0161to korigira problem vida koji odre\u0111ena osoba ima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono najzanimljivije je \u0161to \u0107e se korekcija mo\u0107i raditi kod ku\u0107e bez ikakvog sudjelovanja lije\u010dnika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naravno da postoji kvaka u svemu tome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedostatak zahvata \u0107e biti taj, s obzirom na to da je u pitanju neagresivni tretman, da \u0107e se oko postepeno zalije\u010diti tako da \u0107e se pobolj\u0161anja smanjivati.
