{"id":21044490,"date":"2018-04-08T12:28:54","date_gmt":"2018-04-08T10:28:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geek.hr\/znanost\/?p=21044490"},"modified":"2022-07-08T17:08:23","modified_gmt":"2022-07-08T15:08:23","slug":"isprintan-prvi-3d-most","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geek.hr\/znanost\/clanak\/isprintan-prvi-3d-most\/","title":{"rendered":"Isprintan prvi 3D most"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ve\u0107 smo prije slu\u0161ali o tome kako nizozemska kompanija <a href=\"http:\/\/mx3d.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MX3D<\/a> planira izraditi pje\u0161a\u010dki \u010deli\u010dni most preko amsterdamskog kanala. Most je dovr\u0161en i ostalo je jo\u0161 samo to da se kona\u010dno postavi preko kanala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompanija je za izgradnju ovog jedinstvenog mosta koristila svoja \u010detiri MX3D-metal robota. Oni se, kako se na slikama i videu vidi, sastoje od robotske ru\u010dice za zavarivanje koja radi tako da postavlja \u201egrudicu\u201c istopljenog metala. Zatim dodaje jo\u0161 jednu \u201egrudicu\u201c na vrh, nakon \u010dega se to stvrdnjava i nastavlja raditi isti proces sve dok se ne stvori kompletni metalni kostur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontroliraju\u0107i to\u010dku u prostoru gdje se obavlja zavarivanje, mogu\u0107e je i kontrolirati orijentaciju konstrukcije, \u200b\u200b\u010dak i kada se oni me\u0111usobno prepli\u0107u. Sam most je dug 12,5 m i \u0161irok 6,3 m, a za njegovo printanje je bilo potrebno 6 mjeseci. U njega je ugra\u0111eno ukupno 4.500 kg ner\u0111aju\u0107eg \u010delika i 1.100 km \u017eice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt tog prvog metalnog mosta izra\u0111enog u 3D tehnici financira grad Amsterdam, a u izradi su osim MX3D kompanije sudjelovali i britanska in\u017eenjerska kompanija Arup, ali i stru\u010dnjaci s Imperial Collegea u Londonu.
