Naime, <a href=\"https:\/\/solarfoods.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">finska kompanija Solar Foods <\/a>(Solarna hrana) planira na tr\u017ei\u0161te plasirati novu vrstu proteinskog bra\u0161na, Solein, koje je napravljeno od CO2, vode i solarne energije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U pitanju je visoko proteinski sastav, nalik bra\u0161nu, koji sadr\u017ei 50% bjelan\u010devina, 5-10% masti, i 20-25% ugljikohidrata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navodno ima okus i izgled p\u0161eni\u010dngo bra\u0161na, a mogao bi, poslije predstavljanja 2021. godine, biti jedan od glavnih sastojaka prehrambenih proizvoda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postupak proizvodnje Soleina ne ispu\u0161ta suvi\u0161an ugljik, nego koristi stakleni\u010dke plinove kako bi se proizvela hrana.
