Naime, novo istra\u017eivanje znanstvenice Hui-quan Li i uglednog profesora Nicka Spitzera s kalifornijskog Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta San Diego, inspirira nas da po\u010dnemo hodati i tr\u010dati na traci ili u prirodi, ali i plesati, jer kako tvrde, te navike itekako ja\u010daju mozak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema njihovom istra\u017eivanju, tr\u010danje i hodanje na traci ili u prirodi ili izvo\u0111enje druge trajne aerobne vje\u017ebe \u2013 poput plesa ili kickboxa, zapravo pobolj\u0161ava rad mozga i ja\u010da motori\u010dke sposobnosti, pi\u0161e <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theladders.com\/career-advice\/this-is-the-little-known-impact-running-has-on-your-brain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Ladders<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati istra\u017eivanja znanstvenika dodatno nagla\u0161avaju va\u017enost stvaranja zdravih navika u smislu vje\u017ebanja, \u010dak i kod ku\u0107e. Iznimno je dobro svakodnevno redovno vje\u017ebati, jer to ne utje\u010de samo na psihofizi\u010dko zdravlje, ve\u0107 i na bolju funkciju mozga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ljude koji bi \u017eeljeli pobolj\u0161ati svoje motori\u010dke sposobnosti, pam\u0107enje, fokusiranost i produktivnost, bilo bi korisno da svakodnevno odrade neke aerobne vje\u017ebe (mogu npr. \u0161etati, tr\u010dati, plesati ili udarati u vre\u0107u).
